KAS is focused on bringing proven solutions to the field. We are a team with unique backgrounds and experiences with one goal: find ways to deliver innovative plant nutrient solutions. Our robust Sales and Agronomy teams work in the field and in tandem with our teams that focus on Research and Development, Innovation, Strategic Product Marketing, Supply Chain and Customer Activation and Branding. Each team within KAS is connected by a shared focus to bring the right tools to grow.

Robust Salesforce

We actively work to become a preferred partner because we recognize the value in creating relationships that benefit all involved. Our experienced sales team is the first call for insights to what solutions will meet crop nutrition needs and yield performance.

Agronomy

KAS Agronomy team members apply their technical expertise to partner with our sales team and customers. We have a global team of agronomists with first-hand expertise in all major crops across the world. The team works with third-party researchers to actively evaluate our current portfolio and potential pipeline technologies to optimize our solutions so they perform in the field.

Research and Development

We’re constantly innovating. It’s how we were able to develop our industry-leading active ingredients like Pronitridine and Duromide, and it’s why our dedicated team of chemists continuously work to refine and improve our products. From performance-based enhancements to making handling easier, we work with our customers to find out what would make a better product and use our expertise to develop those technologies.

The KAS innovation process starts and ends with our customers. We talk with our customers globally to understand what problems and challenges they are facing and where they are looking to grow, so we can focus our efforts on delivering solutions that matter and create real value. We are always looking for new opportunities to develop and expand the KAS product portfolio.

The Strategic Product Marketing and Supply Chain team are committed to developing strategies designed to support our competitively advantaged portfolio of solutions to boost performance and optimize results.

Customer Activation and Brand Marketing

The Customer Activation and Brand Marketing teams work with other KAS teams and customers to identify product application solutions and brand opportunities that support all KAS brands.
